  1. Nose Breathing is MORE EFFICIENT than mouth breathing. Don’t be a mouth breather

  2. Your tongue should rest on the roof of your mouth behind your front teeth. This relaxes your jaw and takes you out of ‘fight or flight’

  3. Long Exhales to let all the air out of your lungs. Rarely do we fully exhale which also sends a relaxation response throughout the body and allows our brain and nervous system relax.
