REV Health and Wellness is an out-of-network provider because directly taking insurance does not support our treatment philosophy.
What does that mean? We believe in one-on-one treatment that is based completely on the needs of the individual client and the treatment that will benefit them. Typical insurance-based physical therapy clinics see 2-3 patients per hour and will generally only give you the treatment that your insurance can be billed for.
At REV we feel that this model is broken and refuse to sacrifice our client’s quality of care. Your visit at REV will be one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy the entire time. At REV, you are a person, not a number.

Wear comfortable clothing you can easily move around in. We will look at the injured area but also look at how the entire body moves in order to find the root of your problem.

Definitely not, our providers are trained to give you an accurate diagnosis of your problem and determine the best plan of care. If we feel you are not appropriate for our clinic, we will send you to the appropriate doctor for your problem at no cost.

We understand that sometimes in life things can happen and cause your plans to change and that is understandable! Just let us know 24 hours ahead of time before your appointment and no cancellation fee will be applied. This will allow us to have enough time to schedule another client and help them get the treatment that they need. If you cancel for any reason less than 24 hours before your appointment or you simply do not show up, then a cancellation fee of 100% of the visit will be charged. These fees cannot be applied to future sessions and are non-refundable.
